Ordering Products

You can order our products from our online store or via email.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, the order may not have been successful, or there may have been an error in the provided email address. In such a case, we recommend contacting our customer service without delay at info@aamupublishing.fi.

Formation of the Contract

The contract is formed once you have confirmed the order and received an order confirmation via email. You can modify the contents of your shopping cart as much as you like before selecting the payment method and confirming the order.

Delivery Methods

We deliver orders within 4-9 days.If the product is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time is then approx. 20 days. 

Customers can choose delivery to their home address, mailbox (according to standard postal letter delivery).

Once your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If your order is sent as a package, the shipping confirmation will include a tracking number, allowing you to track the shipment. When the package arrives at the pickup point, you can collect it as soon as possible using the tracking number and a valid ID there is no need to wait for an arrival notification.

We strive to ship all items in your order at once to minimize the number of deliveries. However, if there is a delay, we may ship the order in multiple parts. For international orders, we will ship the entire order in one batch once all items are available in our warehouse.

Upon request, we can arrange alternative delivery methods. Any additional costs for such services will be charged based on the actual costs incurred.

Return Policy

Products purchased from our online store are eligible for return under consumer protection laws within 14 days of receiving the item.

If you wish to return a product, please notify us by email at info@aamupublishing.fi. The product must be returned promptly, but no later than 14 days after submitting the return request.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. If the product is damaged, any depreciation in value will be deducted from the refund amount. If the product was damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately by email or phone.

We will refund the amount paid to your account as soon as we receive the returned item, and in any case, no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you provide proof that you have returned the product. The return period is considered met if you send the product back before the 14-day deadline expires.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless you have explicitly agreed to another method. In any case, no costs will be incurred for processing the refund.

Payment Service Provider 

Paytrail Oyj serves as the payment intermediary and service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions and is an authorized payment Institution. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement and forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.
